How to play

Hungry Box is a 2D platforming game about catching a box as it falls using the mouse. To create platforms, just click the Left Mouse Button. The length of the platform is determined by how long you hold the button. The goal of the game is to get the box down as many platforms as possible to get ever closer to the green orb. If the box collides with a wall or falls to the bottom of the screen, you'll need to restart from the beginning. The box starts on the left side of the screen and will slide off the end of a medium platform. You can't control how fast the box moves or falls, but you can control how far it moves before falling. This is done by creating a platform that's long enough to catch it when it falls from its current platform. If the platform is too short, the box won't be able to land on it. If it's too long, the box will slide off the edge and crash into the wall. The higher your score, the better chance you have to unlock different skins for the box. You can select a different box from the main menu before beginning a run.
