How to play

Hide N Seek.io is a 3D top-down game about playing hide and seek where you must hide or seek using the mouse or keyboard. To move your player, move the cursor to a point on the map, hold down the Left Mouse Button, and your player will move over to it. Controls Up Arrow - Move Up Down Arrow - Move Down Left Arrow - Move Left Right Arrow - Move Right The goal is to win the game by staying hidden or by seeking all those who are hiding before the time runs out. The time will be shown at the top of the screen and will tick down once the game starts. If you get caught or run out of time, then the match ends. At the start of each level, you'll have a choice to either hide or seek. If you hide, you need to avoid the seeker until time's up. When hiding, you can run and keep moving as long as you stay out of the seeker's line of sight. If you stand still, the map will zoom out and let you see the other players including the seeker if they're in range. You can also run through colored puddles which will cause you to leave behind footprints temporarily. As the seeker, you need to track down the other players. You won't be able to see them unless you catch them in your field of vision. Both roles will allow you to collect stray coins which can be spent on cosmetics for your player.
